Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to the services offered by Loris Barber. By booking, purchasing or creating an account you agree to them.

Bookings and cancellations

• A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it by e-mail or message.
• Cancellations or changes made 24 hours or more in advance are free of charge.
• With less than 24 hours' notice, or in case of no-show, we may charge up to 50% of the price.
• Arriving late shortens the appointment; the price does not change.

Purchases, packages and vouchers

• Prices are shown in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Anything delivered digitally reaches your account and your e-mail right after payment.
• Packages and vouchers are valid for the period stated at purchase and are not refundable after that period.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.

Providing the service safely

Tell us in advance about anything we should know to serve you well and safely (allergies, health conditions, accessibility needs). We may decline or interrupt a service when it would not be safe or appropriate; in that case no charge applies. Abusive behaviour ends the service without refund.

Liability

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
